There has been an increasing need to provide an in depth service facility that covers more than Genex spares and repairs. Many of our dealers have customers who use more than one make or model of pipette.

These customers frequently wish to have all their products serviced and repaired by one company alone. This can cause complex issues for distributors and can often determine the outcome of a purchase. Genex is a manufacturer of its own products and cannot assist with competitor’s products, but recognising this fact, we have joined forces with Pipette Doctor, a UKAS accredited, professional body to assist our dealers.
